How we price

Futures reference, plus a differential you can audit.

  1. 1

    Read the market

We take the latest NYSE cocoa futures settlement in USD per metric ton and compare it to the prior session.

  2. 2

    Add the quality differential

Fermentation regime, certification and processing each carry a published premium over the futures line.

  3. 3

    Apply incoterm and volume

EXW, FOB Rio Haina or CIF, then a volume rebate that steps down the basis from 10 MT upward.
